These terms apply to every order placed in our store, together with the Software licence page. The Privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Software licence Privacy policyWhat you buy
A yearly licence for Marketing Studio Pro, an add-on to the free WordPress plugin Evosolve Marketing Studio. Pro needs the free plugin, WordPress 6.6 or later and PHP 8.1 or later. There are three plans: Personal for 1 site (€29), Business for 5 sites (€59) and Agency for 25 sites (€119), each per year and including VAT. The product page describes what Pro does. The free plugin is on WordPress.org, and its ZIP is also in My account next to Pro.
The licence key switches Pro’s features on and gives you updates and support for one year from the date of purchase. When the licence ends, because the year is over or the order was refunded, Pro’s features switch off and Pro shows a notice. What you made with Pro is kept, posts already scheduled are still published, and everything in the free plugin keeps working. A new licence switches Pro’s features back on. The plugin code is licensed under the GNU General Public License; the licence files in the plugin state its version and any additional terms.
Marketing Studio ProPrices and VAT
Prices are in euro, except for customers with a billing address in Hungary, who pay in forint. The Marketing Studio Pro page shows each plan’s price including VAT. The price is the same for every consumer worldwide; the checkout works out the VAT inside it from your billing details and shows the total before you pay; that total is the amount charged. Prices can change for future orders, never for an order already placed.
• Customers in Hungary, private or business, pay in forint, with Hungarian VAT at 27% included: 11 990 Ft, 23 990 Ft or 46 990 Ft a year. Businesses enter the company’s Hungarian tax number to have it on the invoice.
• Private customers in other EU countries pay €29, €59 or €119 a year, with Hungarian VAT at 27% included.
• Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge: you account for the VAT in your country): €22.83, €46.46 or €93.70 a year. We check the number in the European Commission’s VIES system when you order. If the number is not valid, or VIES cannot confirm it at that moment, the price with Hungarian VAT included is charged (€29, €59 or €119); if that happens although your number is valid, write to us.
• Customers in the United Kingdom pay €29, €59 or €119 a year, with UK VAT at 20% included (€4.83, €9.83 or €19.83). We account for it to HM Revenue & Customs. We cannot yet verify UK VAT numbers automatically, so UK businesses pay UK VAT too.
• Customers outside the EU and the United Kingdom pay €29, €59 or €119 a year, with no VAT charged by us.
Ordering and payment
You need a customer account to buy; you can create one at checkout. To order, choose a plan, check the cart, enter your billing details (for a company also its name and VAT or tax number), choose a payment method, review the summary with the total including VAT, tick the box for immediate delivery described under “Your right of withdrawal”, and press the order button. Until you press it, you can correct any detail in the checkout form or go back to the cart.
Payment is taken by card or Revolut Pay through Revolut. Card details are entered in Revolut’s payment form; we never see or store your full card number. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed, and we confirm the order by email straight away.
The contract is concluded electronically and in English. We do not file it as a separate written document: your order, licence key and invoice stay available in My account, the confirmation email records the order, and you can save or print these terms at any time. We do not subscribe to any code of conduct.
My accountDelivery
Delivery starts as soon as the payment is confirmed: the licence key and the download link appear in My account and in the email that completes your order. The download stays available in My account for one year, and updates arrive through WordPress while the licence is valid. The invoice is issued electronically through Számlázz.hu, emailed to you and available in My account.
Your right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, that is, for purposes outside your trade, business or profession, EU law gives you the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day it was concluded, without giving a reason.
For digital content supplied online, that right ends once delivery has started, if all three of these happened: at checkout you expressly asked us to start delivery immediately; at the same time you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal; and we confirmed both to you by email (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m); Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), Section 29(1)(m)). At checkout you do this by ticking the box “I ask for my download and licence key to be delivered right away, and I understand that I lose my right of withdrawal once delivery has started.” Your confirmation is stored with the order and repeated in the order emails. If any of these steps is missing, you keep the right of withdrawal for the full 14 days and owe nothing for the content already delivered.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the 14 days end, for example by email to [email protected]. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. We refund all payments without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method and at no cost to you; the licence key is then deactivated. Our 14-day money-back guarantee below gives you the same 14 days in any case.

14-day money-back guarantee
Whether you buy as a consumer or as a business, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. Write to [email protected] with your order number. We refund the full amount to the original payment method within 14 days of your request, deactivate the licence key and issue a cancellation invoice. The guarantee comes in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
No automatic renewal
Licences do not renew automatically, and we never charge you again without a new order. To keep Pro’s features, updates and support after the year, buy a new licence for the plan you need. Pro’s Licence settings show the date your licence ends.
Using your licence
One key can be active on as many websites as your plan allows. You may use it on your own sites and on sites you build or manage for clients. You activate a site in Pro’s Licence settings and can free it there to use the slot elsewhere; if a site no longer exists, write to us and we free it. A development or staging copy of an activated site does not count as an extra site; if activating such a copy uses a slot, write to us and we add one. A key must not be published or resold. The Software licence page explains the details.
Software licenceSupport
Support is by email to [email protected], in English or Hungarian, while the licence is valid. We aim to reply within two working days. Support covers installing, setting up and using Pro, and fixing defects; it does not include custom development.
If Pro does not work as described
We fix reproducible defects in updates during the licence year. If you are a consumer, you also have the legal remedies for digital content that does not conform to the contract: you can ask us to bring it into conformity and, if we do not, ask for a price reduction or end the contract (Directive (EU) 2019/770; Hungarian Government Decree 373/2021 (VI. 30.)). These terms do not limit those rights.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, for a criminal act, or for harm to life, body or health (Hungarian Civil Code, Section 6:152). If you buy as a business, our liability for a licence is otherwise limited to the price you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. If you buy as a consumer, the statutory liability rules apply without that limit.
Complaints and dispute resolution
You can make a complaint in writing, by email to [email protected] or by post to our address, or by telephone. We answer written complaints in writing within 30 days. If we reject a complaint, we tell you in writing which authority or conciliation board you can turn to.
Consumers resident in Hungary can turn to a conciliation board (békéltető testület). The board for our seat is the Csongrád-Csanád Vármegyei Békéltető Testület, 6721 Szeged, Párizsi krt. 8-12., email [email protected], telephone +36 62 549 392. For conciliation, some non-profit organisations and small businesses also count as consumers (Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection, Section 2, point 10 b)). We cooperate in conciliation proceedings as the law requires. Consumers can also contact the consumer protection authority, which in Hungary is the government office (kormányhivatal) of their county or of Budapest.
Consumers in other EU countries can get free help with a cross-border complaint from the European Consumer Centre in their country. The EU online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, so we do not link to it.
Csongrád-Csanád conciliation board ↗Law
Hungarian law applies. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country.

Email [email protected] if you believe you have been charged by us in connection with this website. Include a short description and the date, but never send full payment-card details. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer remedies or statutory rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms that applied when you placed an order continue to apply to that order.
