Content Review: Dates & Notes
Keep important pages worth trusting, with a clear review queue and notes the next person can use.
What it helps you do
Service prices, contact details and delivery information become stale quietly. A publishing date does not tell you when someone last checked the facts. Keep a next-review date and a short record of what was checked beside the content.

Install and get started
Install it from Plugins → Add New in your dashboard: search for Evosolve Content Review. You can also download the ZIP from its WordPress.org page. Back up and test on staging first. Activate the plugin, then open its page under AI Plugin Factory. WordPress 6.6+ and PHP 8.1+ are required.
1. Find a page to check
Open AI Plugin Factory → Content Review. Search titles or use Due or overdue, Scheduled for later, and No review date. The queue includes normal posts and pages you can edit.
2. Check the actual information
Open the article editor and compare the content with the right source. The plugin cannot determine whether a price, address or policy is correct. It gives your review a place to live.
3. Save a useful record
Add a private note and optional next-review date. Choose I checked this content — record a review only after checking it. Saving a date or note alone does not mark it reviewed. A stale form cannot silently overwrite another saved record.
4. Return or hand over
Use the due queue on your next maintenance visit. Changed content is flagged for the supported fields. Export the current queue page as CSV, or a post’s latest 20 record changes as JSON. Review private notes before sharing files.
Fit and limitations
Single-site WordPress, administrators, normal posts and pages. No email reminders, automatic fact checking, article edits or visitor scripts. Content comparison covers title, main content, excerpt, status and Elementor data; it excludes global templates, theme output, other custom fields and external sources.
Your data and recovery
Dates use the WordPress timezone; review-history times are UTC. The latest 20 saved note/date events are kept per post. Exports contain private notes. Deactivation keeps records; uninstall removes the review table. Permanently deleting an article also removes its record. Export before deletion.
Who it is for
Built for freelancers and small businesses that review their information regularly and need a simple handover record. It is an alternative to a separate spreadsheet, not a compliance certificate.
Updates and support
The plugin works locally without registration or usage reporting. Updates are delivered through WordPress.org and shown in your WordPress dashboard. If you installed an earlier test build, back up first and deactivate it without deleting it before activating this edition. For help, use the plugin's WordPress.org support forum or email [email protected] with the plugin, WordPress and PHP versions and a short description. Never send passwords or private content.
